When i bought my house shutters were already installed throughout the house by the first owner. I love these shutters. I am the third owner of this house. These shutters were purchased around 2006, so over 15 years old and still in really good shape. They had some minor  damage (middle rod detached on a couple panels)  and knew they would need repair. I called Canada Custom Shutters to ask if they can repair mine and I don't know who they are originally from. Brad was so pleasant and helpful on the phone, he said they can repair if they are wood shutters. He said bring the damaged shutter panel in and he will have a look at what is needed.  I brought the two that were damaged. He said even thou the design has changed since mine were installed he could tell by the craftmanship they were in fact his. He did the repairs for free. I was blown away by the amazing service. The shutters are in great conidition still and over 15 years old. Very great quality back then and I saw the new designs they have now...very great quality now still.  My shutters wont need replacing, but may do some cosmetic changes to them one day...give them a new look-Brad gave me some great ideas. Would definitely recommend Canada Custom Shutters. Great quality, great service and all the employees i met while I was there were all so pleasant and friendly. That tells me its a great company all around. Could not be happier with the custom shutters we recently purchased from Canada Custom Shutters!  From start to finish, they were a pleasure to deal with. I’ve had a wonderful experience working with Canada Custom Shutters from the beginning. I was having the exterior of my house painted and was missing one shutter. Canada Custom Shutters replaced the missing shutter, with an exact match. They also went above and beyond to ensure I received it in a very timely fashion, so I was able to have it painted with the rest of the shutters. I strongly recommend them to everyone. They did our shutters 15 years ago and they still look great. Over the years the only problem I've had is with the plastic case which holds the magnets, they cracked from age. I went back to the the factory and I told them what happened. They gave me a bunch of new magnets and casements for free and asked if there was any other issues. Canada Custom Shutters did an excellent job on shutters for two windows on our main floor, including matching a custom stain colour. They were reliable and very focused on quality, even coming by to check a sample of the custom stain against the window frame before staining the shutters themselves, to confirm the colour we chose was the right match.

Price was comparable to two other quotes I got, but the other companies I spoke with said installing shutters on our thin, older window frames would only be possible by adding think, unattractive, plastic frames on top of the wood. This was not a problem for Canada Custom Shutters, they created custom mounting solutions that not only preserved the existing window frames but also made the shutters look like they'd been built-in from the beginning.

Had my main level done with Canada Custom Shutters 3 years ago, and because the quality of the shutters were so good, I decided to give them the business of doing the rest of my home.  The shutters were high quality, plus the entire team at Canada Custom Shutters was helpful, dedicated and friendly.  The installation was quick and the shutters look great.  After the installation I decided to change from 4 panels to 2 panels in one of the bedrooms. From the initial consultation to the finished product, Canada Custom Shutters work speaks quality and commitment.  From measuring, to delivery, to installation it was a completely seamless process with the perfect outcome. The shutters have completely transformed the overall  look of our home. They offer us the flexibility of controlling however much privacy or lighting we choose to have in each room of our house by the way they divide up the sections of the slats on each panel. They were able to perfectly colour match the shutters to our existing painted window trims of 10 years! Their measurements were perfect and our interior shutters fit perfectly in our windows.
